The Winco NGCB-24R Gas Charbroiler is a reliable countertop cooking solution for commercial kitchens, featuring (2) 35,000 BTU burners for a total output of 70,000 BTU. Its reversible and adjustable cast iron grates offer excellent heat retention and versatile cooking options, while infinite heat controls and a standing pilot light provide precise temperature management. The 3-1/2" full-width grease trough and removable grease trays make cleanup quick and efficient.

Constructed with a stainless steel insulated double-wall body, the unit offers durability and safety during high-volume use. The cool-touch front plate rail ensures operator comfort, and adjustable legs with non-skid feet provide stability on any countertop. A 10-gauge stainless steel radiant burner cover promotes even heat distribution, and the 3/4" rear gas connection with regulator allows easy installation. Supplied for natural gas and convertible to LP with the included kit, the NGCB-24R is CSA, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified for dependable commercial performance.
