Winco EGD-24M Electric Griddle

The Winco EGD-24M Electric Griddle is a versatile countertop cooking appliance designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 24" x 16-1/2" solid steel cook plate with a 1/2" thick grill surface for even heat distribution and durable performance. Two independently controlled manual heat zones allow precise temperature management across a range of 150°–480°F (65°–250°C).

Built for convenience and hygiene, the griddle includes a stainless steel catch tray, side and rear backsplash, and a full stainless steel body. Adjustable feet provide stability on any countertop surface. Operating on 208–240v/60/1-ph with 20.2–23.4 amps and 4,200–5,600 watts, the EGD-24M connects via NEMA L6-30P and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safe, reliable commercial use.
