The Turbo Air MST-60-N is a 60.25" two-section refrigerated prep table designed for efficient sandwich and salad prep. Part of the M3 Series, it features a patented self-cleaning condenser and an innovative cold bunker system that keeps ingredients safely below 41°F—even with the lid open.
The stainless steel exterior and galvanized steel back and bottom offer long-lasting durability. On top, the unit includes a 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board and a rail that holds up to 16 standard 1/6-size pans with insulated covers.
Below, the refrigerated base provides 16 cu. ft. of storage with two swing-door cabinets, adjustable shelves, LED lighting, and energy-saving fan control. The digital display and temperature control make it easy to monitor and adjust settings.
Powered by a self-contained, rear-mounted compressor using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, the MST-60-N runs efficiently and reliably. Swivel casters with front brakes offer easy mobility and secure placement.
