The Turbo Air TAMG-48 delivers powerful, consistent cooking performance in a compact countertop design. Built with a durable stainless steel front and sides, this 48" griddle features a 3/4" thick polished steel cooking surface for even heat distribution and lasting durability. Four aluminized U-shaped burners provide a combined output of 88,000 BTU, each controlled manually in 12" sections for precise temperature management.

A built-in stainless steel splash guard and a wide 3" front grease trough streamline cleanup, while the removable grease pan ensures simple maintenance. The unit includes a bullnose stainless steel front extension for operator safety and comfort, plus 2" stainless steel legs for stability. Designed for reliability and efficiency, this CSA- and CSA-Sanitation-certified griddle includes a regulator and is liquid propane ready.
