It includes 18 polycarbonate food pans, each 1/6 size and 4 inches deep, organized beneath a stainless steel insulated lid that protects ingredients and helps maintain safe temperatures during service.

A full-length, 8-7/8-inch-deep cutting board provides ample workspace for prepping orders. Inside the refrigerated base, two swing doors open to reveal four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves that support additional storage and easy organization.

True manufactures the unit’s top, front, and sides using heavy-duty stainless steel for maximum durability. The interior features clear-coated aluminum walls and a stainless steel floor, while a GalFan-coated steel back enhances corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance.

This unit uses a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
