Designed for efficiency and durability, the True TSSU-48-12-HC sandwich and salad prep table features a 48-3/8-inch wide footprint and a rugged stainless steel exterior, including the top, front, and sides. The full-length 11-3/4-inch deep polyethylene cutting board offers a durable, easy-to-clean prep surface ideal for assembling sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

The refrigerated top section holds (12) 1/6-size polycarbonate pans, each 4 inches deep, and also accommodates 6-inch-deep pans for added versatility. Cold air consistently circulates around the pans to preserve freshness and maintain safe food temperatures.

This model uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a factory-engineered capillary tube system that maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors enhance energy efficiency and reduce heat output. To support long-term performance, the fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds at each compressor cycle start, helping clear dust and debris from the condensing coil. This self-cleaning function, combined with regular maintenance, ensures optimal refrigeration efficiency.
