The Star-Max® 515TGF Electric Griddle provides powerful, precise cooking performance in a compact countertop design. Featuring a 15" wide by 20-3/4" deep cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for consistent results. The snap-action thermostat maintains temperatures between 150°F and 450°F, while each 12" section is powered by a 4000-watt heating element for rapid heat recovery during peak hours.

Built for durability and ease of maintenance, the griddle includes a welded steel frame with a stainless steel top and front, aluminized steel sides, and chrome metal control knobs. A splash guard, grease trough, and removable grease drawer help keep the workspace clean. Supported by sturdy 4" steel legs, this heavy-duty unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CSA certified—crafted in the USA for lasting commercial performance.
