The Star 548TGF Electric Countertop Griddle delivers powerful, consistent cooking performance in a compact, heavy-duty design ideal for high-volume kitchens. With a 48" wide by 20-3/4" deep cooking surface and a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, it provides even heat distribution for reliable results across a variety of menu items.

Each 12" section features a 4,000-watt heating element paired with a snap-action thermostat adjustable from 150°F to 450°F, allowing precise temperature control and quick recovery. The griddle includes a built-in grease trough, removable grease drawer, and a wrap-around splash guard for cleaner operation during busy service hours.

Engineered for durability, the 548TGF features a welded steel frame, stainless steel top and front, aluminized steel sides, and chrome metal control knobs.
