The MVP Group SHPI Sierra Proofer Heater Cabinet offers precise humidity and heat control in a durable, mobile design. Featuring a clear polycarbonate door with an aluminum frame, the cabinet provides visibility while maintaining internal temperatures. The field-reversible door design allows flexible placement in various kitchen layouts. A removable bottom control drawer with LED display offers easy access and monitoring, while pan supports spaced on 1-1/2-inch centers hold up to 36 full-size (18" x 26") pans.
