Constructed from durable aluminum, it features a brushed exterior and a full-height design measuring 69-3/4 inches tall. The clear polycarbonate door window allows full visibility without sacrificing heat retention. The door, lined with high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, offers a sanitary seal and includes a magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. It also swings open 180 degrees and is field-reversible.

Designed for mobility, the cabinet includes four 5-inch donut neoprene casters—two with brakes—for secure positioning. Inside, 18 pairs of nickel-chrome electroplated wire slides hold up to 18 full-size sheet pans or 34 GN 1/1 pans, with adjustable spacing in 1-1/2-inch increments and a maximum capacity of 37 slide pairs.
