Its non-insulated construction makes it suitable for short-term or on-demand use in high-paced environments.
The unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy monitoring and a removable bottom-mounted control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F. Universal wire slides on 3-inch centers can be repositioned in 1-1/2-inch increments, allowing for a maximum capacity of (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. This flexibility makes it well-suited for a variety of foodservice applications, from proofing dough to holding prepared items at safe temperatures.
