The KUT50FRN NG Natural Gas Fryer delivers high-performance frying with a durable, all stainless-steel construction across the front, sides, interior, and tank. Built for the rigors of busy commercial kitchens, it features a welded 16-gauge stainless-steel tank with an extra-smooth peened finish that resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. High-efficiency stainless-steel baffles mounted to the heat exchanger tubes maximize heat transfer, fuel efficiency, and consistent operation.

Powered by three heavy-duty “Guitar”-style burners, the fryer produces a total output of 105,000 BTUs—35,000 BTUs per burner—for rapid recovery and reliable oil temperature. An electromechanical thermostat maintains precise temperatures between 200°F and 400°F, while the integrated flue system with built-in deflector arrives pre-assembled for quick installation. A large 1-1/4” drain valve allows for safe, efficient draining and cleaning. The fryer comes with two nickel-plated oblong wire mesh baskets featuring coated cool-grip handles for operator safety.
