The unit features a removable sliding lid for easy access and cleaning, along with a drain to simplify water removal. Constructed from 18-gauge, type 300 stainless steel, it offers lasting durability for demanding commercial use. A recommended cutout size of 27" wide by 17-1/8" deep ensures simple installation.
