The Globe GG48G-NG is a heavy-duty 48" countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 1" thick, highly polished griddle plate fully welded to a stainless steel frame for lasting durability and optimal heat retention.

With manual controls every 12" and individual adjustable pilots with front access, it offers precise zone cooking. The 4” wide grease trough and stainless steel double-wall construction with a cool-to-touch front edge make cleanup safe and simple.

Delivering a total of 120,000 BTU, this unit ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit. Comes with 4” adjustable stainless steel legs for added flexibility.
