The Globe GCB36G-CR gas radiant charbroiler delivers high-capacity, consistent grilling performance for commercial kitchens. This 36-inch countertop unit features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates and three stainless steel U-style burners with cast-iron radiant covers, producing a total of 120,000 BTU.

Adjustable pilots with front access provide precise flame control, while metal control knobs with set screws ensure reliable operation. Built with insulated stainless steel double-wall construction, the unit includes a stainless steel front edge, a 4-inch wide grease trough, and a stainless steel drip pan for easy cleanup and efficient grease management. Supported by 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, the charbroiler ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included and can be field converted to char rock or a combination radiant/char rock configuration.
