A self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system, powered by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, ensures consistent cooling performance.

The stainless steel top features a recessed pan opening that accommodates up to nine 1/3-size pans, covered by a 1/2-inch thick insulated lid to maintain optimal temperature. A full-length, 19-1/4-inch removable cutting board provides ample workspace, while two epoxy-coated wire shelves add flexible storage options within the cabinet.
