It features a stainless steel top with a dedicated opening that accommodates up to twelve 1/6-size pans, protected by a removable 1/2-inch thick insulated lid that helps maintain food-safe temperatures during operation.

Designed with durability in mind, the EOTPS2 combines a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom for added strength. The two solid, self-closing hinged doors open to reveal epoxy-coated wire shelves with adjustable clips, making it easy to organize and access ingredients.
