The CMA DishMachines EST-AH-EXT offers efficient low-temperature chemical sanitizing in a compact door-type dishwasher designed for high-volume operations. Measuring 25-3/4" wide by 25-3/4" deep and standing 56" tall, this model features a straight-thru design that processes up to 40 racks per hour, optimizing kitchen workflow.

Equipped with top-mounted controls, the unit includes built-in chemical pumps, an advanced deliming system, and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator to maintain peak performance and reduce downtime. The dishwasher also features an auto start/stop function for ease of use and improved energy efficiency.
