With a 48" width and 13.01 cu. ft. capacity, this unit features two solid doors and a stainless steel top with an opening that accommodates up to eighteen 1/6-size pans, making it ideal for sandwich, salad, or entrée assembly.

Engineered for performance and durability, the counter includes a 10" deep cutting board, four shelves for additional storage, and a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit comes standard with 4" deep pans but can accommodate pans up to 6" deep, offering flexibility to suit varying kitchen needs.
