The Arctic Air AST72R Sandwich/Salad Prep Table offers high-capacity, efficient cold storage and prep space for busy kitchens. With a spacious 71-1/2" width and 18 cu. ft. of storage, this three-section unit includes a rear-mounted, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system that maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, easily monitored via the electronic thermostat with a digital LED display.

The stainless steel top features an 11-3/8" deep cutting board and accommodates (18) included 1/6 size clear Lexan pans, making ingredient access simple during peak prep times. Each of the (3) solid hinged self-closing doors offers a 90° stay-open feature for convenient loading, and the interior includes (3) shelves for organized storage.

Built with a stainless steel front and sides and a white ABS-lined interior with a stainless steel floor, this unit ensures durability and easy maintenance.
