The American Range ARTG-72-24 is a heavy-duty countertop gas griddle designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require precise heat control and consistent cooking performance. It features a 72" W x 24" D cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and superior heat retention. Equipped with (6) “U”-shaped burners and modulating thermostatic controls with pilot, it delivers a total output of 180,000 BTU (53.0 kW) for efficient, large-scale cooking.
