It features a 72" wide by 21" deep cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, providing superior heat retention and even cooking across the entire surface. Equipped with (6) “U”-shaped burners and modulating thermostatic controls with a standing pilot, it delivers a total output of 180,000 BTU for consistent, high-performance cooking.
