The American Range ARSTG-60 is a high-performance countertop gas griddle designed for precise heat control and consistent results in commercial kitchens. It features a 60" wide by 21" deep cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate that provides excellent heat retention and uniform cooking across the surface. Powered by (5) “U”-shaped burners with modulating thermostatic controls and a standing pilot, this unit delivers a total of 150,000 BTU, making it ideal for high-volume grilling applications.

Built for durability and ease of operation, the ARSTG-60 includes a 3" splash guard to help contain grease and a stainless steel grease trough with grease drawer for efficient cleanup. The stainless steel exterior withstands the demands of daily commercial use, while 4" adjustable legs ensure stable countertop placement.
