The American Range ARSTG-24 is a commercial countertop gas griddle designed for precise and efficient cooking. It features a 24" wide by 21" deep cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, providing even heat distribution and excellent retention. Equipped with (2) “U”-shaped burners and a modulating thermostat with standing pilots, it delivers 60,000 BTU for consistent cooking performance.
Built for durability and convenience, the griddle includes a 3" splash guard, stainless steel grease trough and grease drawer, and 4" adjustable legs for stable placement.
