It offers a 72" wide by 21" deep cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and superior heat retention. Equipped with (6) “U”-shaped burners and manual controls, it delivers a total output of 180,000 BTU for consistent and efficient cooking across the entire surface.

Constructed for durability and ease of maintenance, the griddle includes a 3" splash guard, stainless steel grease trough and grease drawer, and 4" adjustable legs for stability.
