American Range ARSMG-48 Gas Griddle

The American Range ARSMG-48 is a heavy-duty countertop gas griddle engineered for commercial kitchens. It features a 48" wide by 21" deep cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. Equipped with (4) “U”-shaped burners and manual controls, it delivers a total of 120,000 BTU for efficient and consistent cooking performance.

Designed for durability and ease of use, the ARSMG-48 includes a 3" splash guard, stainless steel grease trough and grease drawer, and 4" adjustable legs for stability.
