The Alto-Shaam HSM-36/2S/T/F is a flat-top countertop hot food merchandiser designed for self-service settings. Measuring 36" wide, it features two heated shelves with Halo Heat® technology to maintain optimal serving temperatures. Each shelf accommodates six chicken boats with dome covers, providing a total product capacity of 72 lb., while LED illumination enhances visibility and presentation.

The unit includes thermostatic controls and a front access panel for precise temperature management and convenient operation.
