Alto-Shaam HSM-36/2S/T Countertop Self-Service Hot Food Display

The Alto-Shaam HSM-36/2S/T is a countertop hot food merchandiser designed for self-service applications. With a 36" wide footprint, it features two heated shelves utilizing Halo Heat® technology to maintain optimal serving temperatures. Each shelf holds six chicken boats with dome covers, providing a total product capacity of 72 lb., and LED illumination enhances visibility and presentation.

Equipped with thermostatic controls and a front access panel, the unit allows precise temperature management and easy operation. Four 4" legs provide stable support on countertops (signage not included).
