The Alto-Shaam 500-S Halo Heat® cabinet provides gentle, consistent low-temperature holding to maintain food quality without drying. It features a simple on/off controller with adjustable thermostat and indicator light, accommodating six 12" x 20" pans with two chrome-plated side racks and wire shelves for flexible storage.
Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, the unit is built for durability and ease of cleaning. It moves easily on 2-1/2" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for secure placement.
