The Alto-Shaam 500-2D provides consistent Halo Heat® warming to maintain food quality without overcooking or drying. This free-standing unit features two drawers, each with a digital controller and adjustable thermostat for precise temperature control. Each drawer holds one 12" x 20" pan, accommodating up to 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes, and can adapt to fit an optional oversize pan for added versatility.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, the 500-2D combines durability with easy cleaning. Part of the EcoSmart® line, it offers energy-efficient operation and meets certification standards including cULus, UL EPH Classified, CE, and EAC.
