The Alto-Shaam 500-1D provides gentle, consistent Halo Heat® warming to maintain food quality without drying or overcooking. This free-standing unit features a single drawer with a digital controller and adjustable thermostat for precise temperature management. It holds one 12" x 20" pan and accommodates up to 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes. The drawer can also adapt to fit an optional oversize pan for added flexibility.
Built with a stainless steel exterior, the 500-1D offers reliable durability for busy foodservice operations. As part of the EcoSmart® line, it supports energy-efficient performance and meets certification standards including cULus, UL EPH ANSI/NSF 4, CE, and EAC.
